A temporary hold is placed on your card to secure the reservation, but you are typically not charged upfront - in most cases, payment is settled at the hotel during your stay. The hold is only charged in the event of a no-show or a late cancellation.

We cannot apply perks to existing reservations or bookings made through third-party OTAs (like Expedia or Booking.com). The booking must be made fresh through our service. Some promotional rates may also not be combinable with our perks.
